About Us

The [W]holistic Co . was founded during lock down level 4 of the corona virus by Jana Louw when all top spas had to close and the wellness industry were unable to function under normal conditions. The company started off as a mobile concept in collaboration with other professionals within the spa and beauty trade to support each other through the world pandemic. It was created to promote job creation and unity.

About the Founder and Director

Jana is a well known internationally qualified aesthetician that has been working within the spa, wellness, beauty and medical industry for approximately 20 years. She has obtained her Itec, Cibtac and Cidesco [International] qualifications. During her foundation period of building experience she worked onboard Disney Magic Cruise liners and at a few other top spas while free-lancing as a stylist and make-up artist on both local and international film and still productions. She completed catalogue work for top fashion labels. Wanting to build up knowledge and experience within the aesthetic medical field lead her to work alongside world renowned plastic and reconstructive surgeons within the new Christiaan Barnard Memorial Hospital. There she worked with medical-grade laser, fat freezing and radio frequency devices and tested the efficacy and results. During this time she also treated patients with a radio frequency face and body micro-needling device called The Profound (as seen on Dr OZ) in and out of medical theater. She worked at Dr Maresky (double American Board Certified) in his practice and treated his patients prior to and post operations to tighten and strengthen the skin with a combination of medical grade micro-needling and ZO Skin Health chemical peels. Soon after that she became the South African master trainer for [Comfort Zone], /Skin Regimen/ and Decleor Paris, providing world class training to award winning top spa’s through out South Africa. When lock down happened The [W]holistic Co. was founded as an opportunity to use her knowledge and expertise to uplift the industry, to promote job creation and to treat clients with the main treatment focus on destressing, detoxification and ant-aging. This started as a mobile concept that has grown into a stationary concept.

We use only the best quality products available while also being conscious about the environment. We do things differently at our spa, our concept is unique as we focus on slowing down aging ”
