By checking out and fulfilling your purchase you agree with the following terms and conditions as follows:

The [W]holistic Company Pty ltd is merely acting as a reseller of professional products and is not legally liable for any problems with product purchases or skin reactions that may occur. We also reserve the right to cancel or correct an order that may be faulty or wrongly listed. We recommend that all our clients do a patch test 48 hrs before and we urge to contact us immediately should any problems or skin reactions arise. Delivery normally take 3-6 business days. 

We are professional experts and pride ourselves with our services standards and the brands that we partner with.  We can not release medical or pharmaceutical grade products without a skin consultation prior to purchase to ensure that you are making the correct choice. We do refunds on factory faults and unprocessed orders only and can arrange for an exchange should you accidentally have made a mistake with your unprocessed order. We do not offer refunds, please make sure that you are 100% sure about your purchase.
