Why Mediation?

Mediation is the most cost-effective alternative method to litigation. Clients have more control over situations and are left satisfied as the decisions were made by themselves. It is less traumatising compared to traditional litigation and clients have a safe space to express, within limits.

Benefits:

Less Expensive as you pay one Negotiator/ Mediator and not two Legal Representatives.

Less stressful because you are free to express what it is that you would like to achieve and have room to negotiate.

You can avoid having to go to court and all the extra expenses that goes along with it.

Our Negotiators and Mediators want the best outcome for all parties involved while complying with the Law.

We stay neutral and objective and comply with the Children’s act in these sort of cases.

You have so much more control over the outcome.

We connect and associate only with like-minded Mediators, Social Workers, Legal Advisor’s, Accountants and related Professionals to assist in the successful negotiation and facilitation process during conflict between individuals.  Our approach is new age and comprehensive and our goal is to reach an outcome and settlement that will be beneficial to both parties.
