Coconut Oil: Coconut oil not only helps to reduce signs of ageing, it’s also great for strengthening the epidermis against cellulite, fading stretch marks, and eliminating keratosis pilaris. It also provides protection from the sun. Coconut Oil is full of anti-oxidant vitamin E, and is also comprised mainly of medium-chain triglyceride lauric acid, known to be one of the healthiest oils for your skin and body.

Grape seed Oil: Due to the anti-oxidant properties found in grape seed oil, the ageing process is slowed down and the skin is tightened with regular application directly to problem areas. The astringent properties found in grape seed extract are very useful for keeping the skin looking tight and well-toned. The regular use of grape seed oil supplements will assist in maintaining proper blood flow to the extremities.
