TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Purchasing the Platinum Edit does not automatically reserve appointment dates.

• Each included treatment must be booked separately through our online booking system and remains subject to availability.

• Advanced booking is essential. We cannot guarantee availability if appointments are left until close to the expiry date.

• All treatments must be completed by 31 January 2027. Unused treatments expire thereafter.

• Treatments are linked to the original purchaser and are not transferable.

• The complimentary Microneedling treatment has no cash, credit, refund or exchange value.

• The optional R550 booster is not included in the collection price and is payable separately.

• Laser and Microneedling treatments remain subject to skin assessment, suitability, sun exposure and appropriate treatment intervals.

• Our standard 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy applies. Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in that treatment being forfeited or the applicable cancellation fee being charged.

• This collection cannot be combined with another promotion, discount or special offer.
