TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Purchasing The Ultimate Edit does not automatically reserve appointment dates.

• All treatments must be booked individually through our online booking system and remain subject to availability.

• Advanced booking is essential.

• All three treatments must be completed by 28 February 2027. Unused treatments expire thereafter.

• Treatments are linked to the original purchaser and are not transferable.

• The complimentary Advanced Microneedling + Advanced Booster treatment has no cash, credit, exchange or refund value.

• Laser treatment remains subject to individual skin suitability, sun exposure, contraindications and appropriate treatment intervals.

• Treatment timing may be adjusted where clinically necessary to protect the skin and ensure appropriate recovery.

• Our standard 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy applies. Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in that treatment being forfeited or the applicable cancellation fee being charged.
